Position : Vice President Marketing & Sales
Reporting to : Managing Director
Qualification : MBA/ Post Graduate (Fulltime)
Experience range : Around 20 Years in a manufacturing concern
Job Purpose :
Develops marketing & sales strategy, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current & future needs, monitoring the competition.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the entire Marketing & Sales Function.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product / market segment.
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs.
- To build and maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Achieves marketing & sales objectives by preparing an annual budget for Sales & Advertisement, Annual Marketing Plan, Agents & Dealer's Annual Review, Annual Marketing & Sales Review etc; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Responsible for product pricing and positioning. (Product Pricing decision shall be done by following the policy & process defined in this regard).
- Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. To provide required support & decisions to the branches.
- To build & maintain proper Governance System for the effective management & working of CMY & Branches.
- Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Should develop new business and maximize market share to achieve business targets along with revenue optimization.
- Responsible for introducing new value added products and positioning of existing products effectively
- Responsible for customer satisfaction.

- Very Good Communication Skills
- Ability to build good network and Customer Relationship
- Ability to make Marketing Plan, Subordinate Involvement, Customer Focus, Marketing Research, Statistical Analysis,
- Should be a techno commercial person
- Should be able to communicate clearly & build confidence in team members.
- Proven experience and ability to lead & manage teams
- Good leadership skills
- Diligent with high ethical standards
- Adaptive to Corporate Culture and Value System
- Strong Commitment and good stable track record.
