We're currently on the lookout for someone who can help in developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, setting current and long-term goals for internal teams, and help in deploying the marketing budget efficiently with data-driven ROI calculations. Key responsibilities : - Identify and drive marketing strategies like Content/Growth Marketing, Inbound marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Product Marketing, Branding, Social Media Marketing, Public Relations, Analyst relations &amp; other activities. - Improve existing strategy and lead the in-house teams across key channels like SEO, PPC, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, &amp; Video), Conversion Marketing (primarily email &amp; SMS), Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, &amp; App Growth strategies), Facebook &amp; Google channels, campaign strategy, and execution - Responsible for setting the overall organization-wide Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels (owned &amp; paid). - Apply customer and channel insights to inform and evolve our customer segmentation strategy for omnichannel growth - Setting up attribution models, multi-channel tracking, and quality of leads - Create, maintain and optimize PPC campaigns, ad-copies, landing pages, A/B testing, budgeting - Implement effective and optimized display remarketing and dynamic campaigns - Develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. - Lead, manage and develop direct reports and create an inspiring environment that results in improved productivity, team collaboration, creativity, and results. - Partner with CEO and HR leaders to support the company's culture initiatives. Requirements : - Proven work experience as a VP Marketing, Marketing Director, or leading marketing for a startup and experience of taking it to the next level is a plus. - A great leader who can make a big impact and lead Advantage Club's distinctive work culture that is results-oriented and a great place to work. - 5+ years in a Marketing role. - 2+ years in a leadership role in a Startup with a focus on growth marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, retargeting, and analytics &amp; very importantly team management. - Experience in the Martech space would be preferred - CRM/Marketing automation experience required: an in-depth understanding of CRM/MA metrics and financial ROI analysis. - Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and optimizing direct marketing campaigns based on customer data. - Entrepreneurial experience would be an added advantage About Advantage Club : - Advantage Club is India's largest Corporate Employee Benefits Platform.
