VP - Marketing - IIT/IIM/BITS

- We are searching for a VP Marketing. In this hands-on leadership role you will build and drive demand generation marketing program initiatives across the global organization.

- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives within an $10M-$200M enterprise company. Experience in marketing products a strong plus. Experience in selling to Retail customer industry a strong plus.

We- re looking for a can-do high-energy team player who defines what needs to be done and then executes in an environment characterized by intensity, speed, collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Strengthen market credibility & visibility while furthering brand recognition and awareness of client solutions

- Heavy focus on lead generation programs, conversion metrics, new business revenue cost and more

- Lead project initiatives in content marketing, Events, communications/PR, social, SEO/SEM, website, events, CRM, demand/lead generation & marketing automation

- Build a collaborative & comprehensive marketing and communications strategy

- Partner with global teams, business and sales leaders, field management and partners in an effort to strengthen the brand directly and indirectly

- Build and mentor the marketing team

- Develop & manage marketing budgets

- Facilitate quarterly marketing planning with key business units and annual strategic planning organization-wide

- Monitor and report on marketing costs and expenses, ROI, working metrics and KPIs to management team

- Clearly and effectively manage deliverables, monitor team progress, set & manage expectations with team and stakeholders

Skills and Experiences Required :

- 12+ years marketing experience in the software / technology industry

- 5+ years in a marketing leadership role; able to demonstrate significant positive impact in a leadership role

- Strong business acumen, passionate, entrepreneurial, thrives in a fast paced high-growth environment

- Polished communicator with strong public speaking experiences & experience communicating with client groups

- Bachelor degree in engineering, marketing or a related field; MBA strongly preferred

- Deep knowledge in planning, developing, implementing and measuring multi-channel demand generation and marketing automation campaigns & programs

- Integrated marketing plan development experience

- Able to set priorities, plan and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a demanding high-growth category

- Content, nurture marketing, social marketing experience is strongly valued

- Tech savvy, results driven, automation oriented and analytical

- Strong creative, strategic-thinking, organizational and personal skills
