- 8-13 years of experience in marketing function, have diverse experience of leading performance marketing, social marketing, content marketing and brand marketing. - Strategic business leader but with good hold on outcome based execution, should have experience of leading marketing function in internet companies. - Should be able to adapt and deliver in changing and dynamic environments. - Being customer-centric and data oriented. - Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, SEO Tools etc. - Should have expertise in designing and delivering outcomes on acquisition, retention and referral campaigns. - Have experience of reporting to Founders and CEOs. - In-depth knowledge of big data analysis. Regularly produce and present reports. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills
