VP - Marketing - Luxury Hospitality Start Up
- Build the core marketing strategy for scaling up the business. Develop focused marketing strategies for the category and ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential.
- Develop and execute marketing and user acquisition strategies to drive long term profitable growth
- Strong knowledge of traffic channels - social media, display, and search channel strategy for driving user acquisition and brand visibility
- Build and lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers and analysts. Allocate marketing resources to different campaigns based on budget.
- Have a measurement driven mindset to measure, optimize and scale new advertising and organic growth channels.
- Lead the Brand team to define brand position and build the brand
- Conceptualize and organize the marketing events
- Own production of creative assets
- Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the real estate industry, in order to recommend effective sales & marketing strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.
- Design and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the hospitality and real estate sector, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.
- Build calendar for each activity on the basis of the AOP.
- Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Regional Marketing teams and Sales team
- Tracking and monitoring of the same through proper tracking mechanism
- Planning and execution of occasion / festival / event - based promos / programs
