Role and Responsibilities :

- Market development & enhancing of brand equity in domestic markets and International markets for all products of the company

- Sales of pellets in Domestic & International market, Customer base expansion, including servicing of customers periodically with personal visits

- Sales, marketing & trading of Iron ore fines & lumps to Domestic & International market, Sales forecasting, Market Research

- Finalization of MoUs / Contracts/Documentation process

- Managing quality and quantity surveys & appointment of Assayers in different locations.

- Pre-shipment & Post shipment operations management and coordination with port, customs & buyers, CIQ, Barge operations and management in Goa of own Barges

- Liaisoning with stevadores & port authorities for managing the shipment & port plot issues, achieving of MGT etc.

- Responsible for follow up with concerned departments for permits, central excise, customs and other regulatory requirements.

- Procurement of iron ore fines for pellet plant from different sources and managing PO's.

- Periodical MIS to Management on all marketing aspects.

- Presentations to be made on relevant topics in International seminars of FIMI, SBB, Metal Bulletin etc from time to time.

- Manage the overall work of Marketing & Logistics department

- Manage and expand customer base in the domestic and international market

- Manage road, railways and port logistics and barge movement.

- Finalize deal with international customers.

- Coordinate with railways and port authority.

- Doing quality and quantity surveys
