The opportunity is with a leading E-Commerce Accelerator that believes in building truly borderless businesses.We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Professional with 12+ years of Marketing thought leadership experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you/he/she will lead our marketing department, with a focus on demand generation and brand building. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive growth, enhance our brand presence, and implement account-based marketing strategies.

Job Summary : As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving demand generation initiatives, with a particular emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, which will account for 60% of your responsibilities. Simultaneously, you will contribute to brand building efforts, which will carry a 40% weightage. This multifaceted role requires a professional with extensive marketing expertise to optimize our marketing efforts and foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :


- Demand Generation with Account-Based Marketing (60%): Develop and execute demand generation strategies, with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM), to meet lead generation goals aligned with business objectives.


- Identify and target key accounts through personalized marketing campaigns and content targeting decision makers, blockers and influencers in the identified accounts.


- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing and sales objectives are aligned within ABM efforts.


- Monitor and report on the number of leads generated through ABM channels and assess their quality.


- Continuously optimize ABM campaigns to improve conversion rates and engagement with target accounts.


- Create and implement campaigns to engage and nurture leads from target accounts throughout the sales funnel.


- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of demand generation, particularly ABM efforts, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.


- Brand Building (40%): Lead brand building strategies to enhance our online reputation and visibility. Implement a reputation monitoring strategy to track mentions, reviews, and sentiment across all platforms.


- Respond to negative feedback or issues within X hours to mitigate potential damage. Develop a monthly reputation report highlighting positive trends and areas for improvement.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials. Measure and report on the success of brand building initiatives, tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and account-based marketing.


- A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation and ABM. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
