Who should apply:
- Bachelors degree is necessary; an MBA in marketing from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions preferred
- 7+ years of experience overall in the consumer marketing function (B2C), including 2 years or more in digital marketing in the FMCG, small-town retail, or e-commerce sectors
- Strong narrative skills and outstanding Hindi and English communication abilities
- The capacity to assemble a top-notch team through personal connections
- An analytical nature that allows one to crunch numbers to assess campaign efficacy and return on investment; and a strong commitment to rural development
