Objectives of this role :

- Help drive the market share from unorganised/ distributor driven to organised/ branded retail

- Improve consumer engagement and experience with the brand

Key responsibilities :

Develop/ review the marketing strategy :

- Brand positioning

- Marketing mix

- Marketing strategy for various channels (MBO, EBO, E-commerce)

- Plan the implementation of finalized marketing strategy, e.g., choice of media (offline, digital, ATL/BTL)

- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategy, via coordination with own team and other internal/ external stakeholders

- Develop the building blocks of company's e-commerce business

Qualification and experience :

- 10-15 years of marketing experience with leading brands: preferably brands in the consumer durables industry and inclusive of significant digital marketing experience

- Candidates who have also helped develop a young brand/ start-up over the past few years would be preferred

Location : Bangalore, with travel as and when required

Compensation : Not a constraint for the right candidate
