Duties and responsibilities

- Create a clear brand communication strategy for next 3 years

- Drive awareness and credibility for the brand through communications

- Align marketing mix for the brand with business strategy

- Manage celebrity relationship & content calendar

- Develop BTL activations to drive trials

- Develop an efficient shopper marketing strategy with assets

- Use digital ahead of the curve to drive targeted awareness

- Create brand Book & VIS

- Develop a strong partner agency network

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong experience in FMCG brand management (4-5 years minimum)

- Experience in new launches with limited marketing budgets

- Experience in personal care categories preferred

- Experience in Mosquito protection brands like Good Night, Odomos, All Out is a major plus

- Hungry for disproportionate growth
