Vice President - Marketing - FMCG

This Role is to Head the Entire Marketing of all Product Categories within the organization and would largely cover the following responsibilities:

- To Visualize and guide the entire marketing team for excellence in each of the product categories.

- Bring excellent Brand recall of each brands within the category for a high visibility and acceptance level to translate into Sales Volumes.

- Closely monitor the acquired Brands from their existing Marketing Approach to bring in Organizational legacy and continuity of Group image in sync with the similar categories in the products.

- Devise and Implement new Brand Matrix.

- Create a distinction to each Brands to later follow and achieve visibility to sub Brands.

- Bring new initiatives in BTL Activities for larger reach and consumer awareness over and above the ATL.

- Identify New and Innovative Marketing avenues to popularize the Brand.

- Focus on Digital Marketing and increase visibility by cost conscious measures without loosing out the desired reach.

- Scout for new product categories and research to recommend the organization to involve and excel.

The position will be ably assisted by team of GMs, DGM / AGM, GPM's and down the line.

Position reporting to marketing Director.

Those who have proven excellence in FMCG Product Marketing of Highly Visible Brands and having handled budget in excess of 200 crores ONLY WOULD BE RESPONDED.

THOSE DRAWING A PACKAGE LESS THAN 70 LAKHS NEED NOT RESPOND.
