Job Responsibilities:
- Work on identifying and creating organic and performance marketing plan, strategy and team
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business requirements
- Aim at bringing in, and retaining new, invested users

- Direct and support market research; collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short-term and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
- Work closely on PR and influencer marketing
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in a B2C or D2C company; startup experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use to facilitate business activities
- Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines
