VP Marketing & Enrolments
Enrolments :
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive framework in each micro market
- Developing relationships with internal brands and franchise partners to drive enrollments into schools
- Create a compelling value proposition for each brand role and responsibilities
- Work with the new builds team to identify attractive micro markets for new schools
Marketing plan :
- Collaborating with creative agencies and supervising creation of compelling communication based on consumer insights
- Working with digital and media agencies to ensure optimum exposure of our brand communications and driving admission enquiries
- Working with local teams and agencies in each market to create activation programs for lead generation
- Driving the go-to market strategy and ensuring generation of qualified leads every year
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring maximum return on marketing investment
