- Build the organisation into a thought leader brand in the Indian education system. - Develop awareness, partnership opportunities and retention of the brand pan-India with strong Brand and Marketing strategy. - Choose appropriate media mix to reach our target audience (school owners). - Lead the development and refinement of the brand's messages and creative designs in order to attract potential schools. - Serve as the primary marketing point of contact with the external business partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships. - Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with education trends, school and teacher needs and other school service providers. - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing. Requirements: - Proven working experience in mass brand penetration and deep consumer understanding. - Understanding of digital, print, direct to consumer and event marketing is ideal. - Keen eye for communication development and media choices. - Excellent leadership and analytical skills to drive market penetration and retention. Qualifications - MBA or Masters with Marketing qualification (MICA /IIMs/Other Top MBA Institutes) - At least 6-8 years of work experience in Marketing or Brand Management - Contributions to the Education industry preferred
