We are working on a mandate to hire VP-Marketing & Customer Engagement for our start-up client in the domain of student housing - Stanza Living !  What is Stanza Living-   Stanza Living (www.stanzaliving.com) is a technology-enabled,high-quality student accommodation concept which is seeking to disrupt the multi-billion-dollar student housing market by putting the student, as a consumer, at the heart of the product and service design, development and execution. From smart space planning in rooms to gamifying food (cutting edge Food-as-a-Service concepts), from creating common areas for engagement and community living to delivering reliable, predictable and standardized services to residents through back-end technology integration, Stanza is challenging the status quo when it comes to student community living. For the first time, we are making student accommodation an experience product in line with evolved hospitality areas like hotels, guest houses and serviced apartments.  Job responsibilities  - Lead marketing and develop brand vision for Stanza Living  - Develop and execute Annual Marketing Calendar for all ATL & BTL media  - Build marketing infrastructure from scratch - hiring resources to on-boarding agencies  - Lead a high quality team, handle content, strategy, PR, digital etc.  - Responsible for all brand touch-points with student and parent community  - Developing all marketing collaterals for Stanza, supporting other teams  - Bringing measurability to marketing by regularly tracking brand health  - Design and own annual and mid-year sales strategy and process   - Build sales team from scratch - hiring resources and on-boarding team  - Foster strategic partnership with colleges / student bodies  - Handling key strategic initiatives as a part of Stanza's core team  Job requirements  - 2-3years experience in marketing role for consumer brands / youth centered brands  - 2-3 years experience in sales role for consumer brands  - Hands-on experience / exposure of all digital marketing platforms  - Innovative thinking and an attitude to go beyond the tried and tested marketing platforms  - Good communication and interaction skills  - Analytical bent of mind and natural problem solving interest  - Entrepreneurial DNA and possessing a constant itch to get things done  What can you expect?   - A phenomenal work environment, with massive ownership and growth opportunities  - Opportunity to shape a potential unicorn  - Quick iterations and deployments - fail-fast attitude  - Opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies, and lead teams  - Access to a world-class mentorship network  - Massive and direct impact of your work on student lives in India  Salary offered: 8 - 15 LPA
