VP Marketing BFSI

Job Responsibilities:

- He will be incharge for client acquisition. (Online & offline).

- He will create a team for offline marketing and digital marketing.

- He will assist in enrolling sub-broker & Referrals

- Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development.

- Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.

- Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds and Commodities

- Ability to directly build and manage HNI relationships.

- Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel.

Job Requirements:

- Leadership skills are a must.

- Excellent communication (oral & written),

- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Experience: You should have 10 to 15-year experience in working in Broking / Securities industry Education: Graduate/PG/MBA
