Position : VP Marketing

Location : Gurugram (Head Office)

Job description:

- Must have experience with OEM.

- Business development plan & sustainability.

- Business- Increase SOB/Get new business.

- Establish proper Sales/Marketing Channels.

- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, competitor intelligence.

- Business negotiation & settling new business to maintain EBITDA.

- Team Building & creating competitive environment among team.

- Maintain the relationship with existing OEM dealers & building new OEM dealers.

- Analysis the marketing trend and capture the market.

- Handover new businesses to Projects.

- Develop Regional Business Development centers.

- Seeking new opportunity for business diversification with new products/ segments, RFQ receipts/handling, documentation of new projects.

- Measuring cost of new customer RFQ & documentation for new customers.

- Maintaining RFQ Tracker, customer File Management, MIS, Budgeting & costing.

- SWOT, PESTEL analysis of market and save the organization from any threat by observing the current market.
