As a Vice President of Marketing you will take responsibility for organic and performance marketing plan, strategy and the team
What you will do:
- Identifying and planning differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
- Implementing and driving marketing campaigns that meet business objectives of bringing new invested users and retaining them
- Direct And Support Market Research Collection, analysis and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Working closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
- Managing marketing budget and expenditures
- Maintaining brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Identifying competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
- Using relevant tools to measure the performance of the campaigns
- Working closely on PR and influencer marketing
What you need to have:
- 8-12 years of experience in a B2C or D2C company, startup experience is a plus
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Ecomm is must
- Prior experience of working in start-up is must
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing
- Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, internal and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines
- Can distill marketing challenges and business goals down into focused creative briefs.
