- VP MARKETING Should be experienced enough to work on all INDIA basses with MBA MARKETING qualification should have handled a team of 100 no.Should be able to create a good proud team with growth on top & bottom line.

- Responsible for sales and services of the Reclamation products including special welding Electrodes, Wear resistant alloys, Cold repairs, powder reclamation and super conditioning.

- Major industries covered are Cement, Steel, and Power, OEM- s, Foundry, Forging and General manufacturing.

- Handling of the sales team, Distributors and service team. Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and New Customer development

- Conducting technical Seminars, Presentations, trade shows, In-House workshop.

- Preparing the Budget for regions and allocating to the respective Engineers.

- Distributor development, strategy, Pricing, motivation and monitoring the development activities.
