Vice President - Market Research

Role Summary:

- The position is of a senior leadership role of a global digital MR company that involves leading the growth strategy and its execution across clientele. The person will be responsible for discovering and pursuing revenue growth opportunities spread across geographic locations especially US, EMEA and APAC. The goal is to contribute towards the Global organization's vision for rapid and sustainable growth in digital space.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand company's customer base -existing and new clients

- Deliver on monthly revenue numbers for each of specific geographic regions & client accounts by taking on the Ownership of revenue and profitability of all the regional business teams

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow through the business opportunities and development across client segments.

- Strengthen existing client relationships / build new relationships with the client organizations at the executive level

- Representing the organization at different industry forums, events and conferences.

- Lead a group of high performing team

- Model the right behaviors to create a culture of trust and operational excellence

Qualifying Skills:

- Demonstrated record of success in leadership role(s), Minimum 12 years in Market Research, KPO or Healthcare services company with strong experience on Onshore Business Development, Account Management, Project Management & Delivery.

- Proven track record of managing, influencing and driving high performing teams towards strong client service delivery

- Excellent People Management, Team management and Client management skills
