Vice President - Management Reporting - (Female)
The Business Finance covers Business Reporting for Global Businesses, Management Reporting and Analytics, Cost Performance, Client Profitability and Business Reporting Data Quality. This role is focused on consolidating the processes within Business Finance in line with the Global Business Finance blueprint, ensuring ongoing delivery and delivering benefits through migration and process re-engineering
Role Summary
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Timely and accurate submission and reporting of financial data
- End to end accountability for Business Finance processes
- Ownership of the site level financial data originating from and interfacing with the Finance Centres
- Engage with Global leads to drive end to end processes with aligned structures to support and drive synergies
- Delivery of migration plans in collaboration with the stakeholders and the sub-functions
- Deliver on the standardization and simplification initiatives through process synergies and realisation of cost saves through process re-engineering
- Support and deliver on global and local strategic projects such as Service Proposition, Data and Systems and other business facing projects
- Maintain a strong control environment and manage audits
- Provide leadership to the team through ongoing engagement, appropriate training and coaching interventions and facilitating transparent communication including with stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
- Qualified CA / CPA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience
- Strong operations background with a financial institution with a good understanding of the accounting environment and the requirements (IFRS)
- Experience in a controllership role including designing and maintaining control frameworks for high risk processes and a good understanding of the SoX environment
- Good understanding of banking, accounting and reporting systems
