Title : Vice President Mall Leasing

Location : Mumbai

- Responsible for leasing of retail space in a premium mall of the city

- Interact with prospective tenants of malls, approach key retail brands for leasing of space, liaise with IPC's etc

- Maximize revenue & achieve optimum occupancy level for the centre, through an effective leasing strategy designed to achieve the right tenant mix

- Review list of retailers/brands/product categories that can be approached & ensure that the right category and brand mix is maintained

- Resolve retailers- queries, negotiate rentals & close deals through strong retailer relationships & good negotiations skills

- Work out rent including the ROI to be achieved as per Business Plan and prepare viability sheet

- Review the leasing tracker and mall occupancy / vacancy report on a regular basis

- Strong Presentation & negotiation Skills, high energy & good with spreadsheets

Required : MBA, 9-15 years experience, 32-36 years of age, Rs. 40-45 lakhs per annum
