- Should have handled ticket sizes between 15 crores upwards if working in the real estate Industry.
- Other Industry should have handled a Luxury Product.
- Person will be handling Sales, CRM, Sales strategy, targeting HNI clients & Customers, Achieving monthly, quarterly & Annual targets set along with management.
- Person should have handled Luxury product in the past.
- Managing high end Luxury Sales, Sourcing potential leads from Channel Partners, HNIs & their references.
- Providing inputs on product mix, launch strategies, forecasted pricing & future cash flows on upcoming projects.
- Negotiating with the Clients & converting leads into Sale deals in High Value / Bulk Deal transactions.
- Targeting investor groups and designing products/propositions which will help in closing bulk sales.
- Develop good network with clients and other potential investors customer which should result in sales.
- Should work as an independent lead generator given resources.
- Must have proven track record of achieving target and managing team.
- Must have experience in networking and doing business with high network individuals.
- Candidate should be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets.
