Vice President - Localization - Media

- Extensive management experience and an expert in the fields of sound recording, editing, mixing, dubbing/localization. Experience in running dubbing studio operations and understand the creative principles and goals of dubbing localization.

- Strong and consistent communication skills. Profound understanding of technologies and associated challenges and issues. Strong operational leadership with an eye for detail. Pragmatic approach.

- Project planning, continuously monitor and preview production process, implement improvements,

- Timely and proactive response to requests for service from all areas of the business.

- Work closely with all key stakeholders to deliver on-cost, turnaround time, quality and service delivery with an eye for process orientation

- Improve and automate data management and reporting as an endeavor to build efficiencies and drive continuous improvement within the guard rails of cost, quality, reliability & customer experience

- Complete insight to process decomposition of Media processes for the proper and efficient running of the media business.

- Drive continuous learning and process improvement culture change through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy and visible hands-on leadership

- Build and implement SOPs to manage workflow and day-to-day operations

- Managing end to end projects like turnarounds, business development, process modeling and governance, strategic planning at corporate level.

- Ensure adherence to the SLAs as informed to the customer and work towards continuous improvement for serving all customers within the stated service delivery times across the globe
