Vice President - Loan Operations - Investment Bank

We are looking for VP Loan Operations for a leading Investment Bank. Job location is Bangalore.

Minimum 9 - 12 years of experience into Corporate Loans.

Corporate Loan Servicing is responsible for providing Operational support related to Loan product including loan reference data set up, trade closing and settlement and loan life cycle management.

Lead a team to ensure seamless Loan Operations support to the business.

Provide required expertise and direction on complex credits and transactions.

Build strong partnership with global teams and stakeholders.

Manages the operational elements for daily funding and liquidity of the firm. Oversees the firm's payment strategy, overall cash flows and positions, also performs key functions related to counterparty risk management, client transparency, product and pricing reference data.
