Vice President - Lending Transformation

The individual is expected to have strong background of running and managing transformation initiatives, experience in implementing Agile Delivery models and working as an Internal Consultant solving business problems of varied nature. The incumbent will be required to work under stringent timelines, maintain strong engagement with multiple functions in a matrix environment

- 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Program / Project management, Process engineering, Business Analysis and strong understanding of implementing transformation programs in Wholesale Lending

- Sound knowledge and background of operational processes in a financial services context and good understanding of Workflow management tools

- Experience in implementing multiple improvements frameworks to streamline and standardize operational processes

- Experience in implementing operating models changes in line with future strategy

- Experience of change management large scale transformation in a complex organizational Collaborate across teams and with peers to ensure effective business process support

- Partner closely with technology partners and business leaders throughout the development of Workflow management tool

- Ability to facilitate workshops, design sessions and gather requirements from LoB SMEs, Senior leadership

- Experience working in AGILE methodology and SCRUM process (sprint planning, product backlog refinement, retrospectives etc.), with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, familiar with tool like JIRA and Confluence

- Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior management & stakeholders

- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic implementation

- Manage end to end project roadmap and defining end state vision in collaboration with the product, risk, technology, and business.

- Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically excel / PowerPoint)

- Individual with an Engineering background plus MBA from a Tier 1 institution is desired

- PMP / CBAP, Design Thinking and Lean certification will be an added advantage
