Job Summary :

- We are seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to join the executive team as the Vice President of Lending Business and Operations.

- This pivotal role will drive the overall business P&L, operations strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the company's continued growth and success.

About the Client : Our client is a leading and profitable FinTech & Financial Services organisation, with offerings across Unsecured Credit, Mortgages, Savings, and Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire lending operations and business teams currently comprising of 100+ members, will become bigger.

- Lead all the existing business lines as well as new business lines.

- Current lending product lines include consumer personal loans, credit lines, affordable housing, Loan against property, and MSME loans.

- Responsible for monthly business and P&L targets across the different business lines.

- Work closely with the cross-functional teams such as tech, product, credit, data science, etc. to ensure success of your business line.

The successful applicant :

- 12+ years of overall experience and minimum 8+ years of post-MBA experience.

- 5+ years of experience in leading large operational teams is a MUST.

- Top tier MBA/engineering is a MUST. MBA is highly preferred.

- Prior fintech / banking / insurance / lending / financial services experience is a MUST.
