Job Description: Lender Coverage & Relationship Management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Leading the fund-raising initiative and ensuring fulfilment of deal mandates being carried and ensure clear visibility of funds and lending relationships thereby ensuring the AUM growth and Cash Flows.

- Representing Company to Private Sector and Public Sector Banks, FIs, Debenture Trustees, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure that the adequate credit limits are available which and develop intensive relationships with these lender institutions

- Nurture and develop deep & extensive relationship with Senior Bank Officials, FIs and major PSU and PSB as well as MNC Banks.

- Providing periodic financial information in the formats agreed with them at agreed intervals after review with Management of the originators.

Required Qualifications :

- CA/MBA/PGDM/CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification with experience in NBFCs

- Hands on experience in raising debt from banks/Institutional Investors/Foreign Investors and through Private Placement and Public Issue of NCDs

- Strong relations with Banks and other FIs

- A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability at the corporate level

- Good commercial and business acumen

- Strong Leadership skills, networking & negotiation skills

- Candidate must have good communication skills; both oral & written
