Vice President - Legal & Secretarial

- heading legal and company secretary department for a 20000 crore company based out of Chennai, reporting to the president,

- facilitate corporate governance,

- advise on M&As, negotiations and integration of entities,

- preparing and presentation of annual reports,

- coordinating with regulatory authorities,

- coordinating with overseas subsidaries,

- compliance with company law,

- capital market regulations, FEMA and other corporate laws

- manage shareholder relationships,

- legal advice and prosecuting cases,

- advising on joint ventures, etc.
