Vice President - Legal - Real Estate Fund

The candidate would be responsible for all the legal functions of the Fund & IM, including the following:

- Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of transaction documentation relating to potential investments including termsheets, shareholder agreements, debenture subscription agreements etc and coordination with external legal firms for the same

- Coordinate with external legal firms for conducting real estate title & corporate due diligence for prospective investment opportunities.

- Ongoing interaction with the investee companies as regards timely compliance with the terms of the investment documents

- Ongoing regulatory compliances with respect to the Fund & IM (including Companies act, SEBI, FIPB, investor documents, etc).

- Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of agreements related to Investors in the Fund including Term Sheets, Investment Management Agreements, Contribution Agreements etc.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors/ Master in Law with 6-10 years of work experience

- Prior work experience with either a legal firm advising clients associated with real estate sector or with real estate private equity funds / NBFCs, etc.

- Ability to independently liaise with multiple stakeholders.
