A renowned ITeS organization is hiring for Legal Counsel  Qualification : LLB CS  Experience : 7 - 12 years experience in legal, compliance and secretarial roles mandatory.  Location : Bangalore  Legal Counsel - BLR India  Corporate Title : Vice President  Division : CCG - Legal & Compliance   Department : CCGM - Legal Reinsurance   About the role  - Manage legal issues pertaining to general corporate matters including labour issues   - Advise on legal & regulatory issues relating to the key activities of GBS - Manage key corporate contracts and build a proper framework for these contracts   - Assist in monitoring and advising on regulations relevant to the business model of GBS including outsourcing regulations in various jurisdictions  About the team :  As part of the Swiss Re India legal team, the Legal Counsel shall be providing legal support to Swiss Re's Global Business Solutions (GBS) Centre in Bangalore. The legal advice and support provided would include general corporate issues, corporate governance, regulatory issues and corporate contracts etc.  About You :  - 7 - 12 years PQE, India qualified lawyer   - Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India   - Attention to details, ability to work independently and do multi-tasking   - Excellent written and spoken English and preferably an Asian language   - Good communication and cross-cultural skills   - Prior experience with an Re/Insurance and labour laws will be an advantage
