Vice President - Legal - BPO/IT - NLSIU/NALSAR

Job Requirement :

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Law from any Premier Legal Institutes/Universities e.g NLSIU/NALSAR etc.

- Over 15 Years of experience working for large corporate of MNC/India entities

- Preferably with overseas post qualification/exposure

- Candidate will be capable of being a General counsel/to be groomed as GC...

Should have work experience and exposure in :

- Statutory compliances: Business Laws and labour laws

- Oversee Contracts/ing work (value add/reviews/process building) of India and Overseas

- Litigation handling drive & coordinate work with external counsel and internal stake holders

- Set up systems and process India/Pan Geos on: compliance & Reviews, Training and awareness

Desirable: IPR work exp/exposure (protection and prevention)

- Primarily responsible for India and Philippines geography and on Need basis to other geographies
