Vice President - Legal - BFSI - LLB

Responsibilities:

- Lead Legal and Compliance dept.

- Manage guide team of legal professionals.

- Advise management on all legal matters.

- Manage external counsels law firms.

- Manage Drafting, reviewing negotiation of commercial agreements and other transactional documents.

- Implement a robust and dependable compliance framework.

- Review and comply with requirement of various regulators.

- Advice on corrective and preventative measures related to legal risk.

- Train team members on legal issues, and policies.

Candidate Requirement:

- LLB with minimum 7-8 years of experience in the BFSI sector.

- Excellent knowledge about laws related to financial services.
