Vice President - Legal - BFS (10-30 yrs)
1. Provide legal support towards acquisition and resolution of financial assets and transaction structuring.
2. Ensure formulation of Legal Documentation, Policy and Guidelines.
3. Monitor and report on developments in compliance and regulatory arena.
4. Maintain Investor and Stakeholder Relationships.
5. Formulate legal strategy for the acquisition, resolution and recovery of stressed accounts.
6. Overlook the drafting & vetting of security documentation i.e. Mortgage documentation, Pledge Agreements, Hypothetical, Security Trustee Agreements, prepared by Recovery Managers.
7. Oversee external counsel/subject matter experts in connection with documentation.
8. Provide opinion/advise on any day to day/legal issue for all legal matters related to Pegasus ARC's Corporate, Investment, Retail and SME business.
9. Conduct/organize title search with Land Registrar, ROC, Revenue Department, Court Search, Notification search etc.
10. Drive performance enhancements and operational excellence to ensure that processes are efficient and effective.
What we look for:
- Well versed with SARFAESI /IBC/RDDB ACT ETC and other legal matters.
- Knowledge of compliance framework under various RBI regulations.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
