Play the role of a performance consultant and   Key Responsibilities:  - Provide strategic direction to the Learning & Development function for the India shared services center  - Lead the annual learning needs identification exercise, identify key focus areas for the year and deliver them through innovative learning solutions  - Conduct external benchmarking for the L&D metrics and constantly focus on process improvements  - Identify and leverage external training providers to meet the Learning objectives in a financial year  - Influence business leaders to take ownership of people development objectives and build a continuous learning culture  - Learning ambassador for the India center - ensure cascading of business objectives and alignment of individual development plans with these objectives  - Champion the talent management strategy: manage the performance management process, talent management, 9 box mapping, identification of key talent, managing low performers and promotability mapping  - Talent Readiness and Succession Planning - Work with business leads to identify key positions in their teams and help maintain a healthy leadership pipeline  - Facilitate people manager capability building sessions through the year  - Work on Annual employee engagement survey   Ruchi
