VP - Learning & Development Client: NBFC Location: Pune Qualification: MBA with 15 plus years of experience CTC: 60 Lacs + Variable Responsibilities: - A self-starter with relevant training & assessment-related certifications, and a proven ability to design & facilitate delivery of competency-based learning programs; functional / process/product training, and leadership development frameworks, at a pan India level. - Handling a team of Regional Trainers, HO Trainers, and Functional and Non-Functional trainers - Needs to have a strong passion for learning and capability building. Build a structure and process for learning and capability building. Design and implement a competency framework. - Establish an ongoing process of review and development of learning to represent business needs and company values best. Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives. - Coach the L&D team in the development, design, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact learning interventions. - Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team. - Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements. - Plan and prepare training materials in line with the latest trends. - Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth. - Experience in project management and budgeting - Oversee the effective use of the Learning - Management System to manage and evaluate learning using key metrics to support a high-impact learning culture. - Collaborating with HR leaders to implement effective deployment and redeployment strategies contributing to regularly scheduled performance management processes. - Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives. Required: Candidates with post-graduation qualifications in HR/OD with 15 - 20 yrs. of rich experience in the design and delivery of learning interventions and OD strategies and content/curriculum development, with HFCs / NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services preferred.
