- Looking for VP - L&D with one of the MNC banking captive based in Mumbai location.

- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization (Leadership Development).

- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

- Excellent understanding of leadership concepts and ability to create engaging, relevant and practical training content.

- Consult with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment.

- Manages the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.

- Plans and leads short-term and long-term planning for various OD programs.

- Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources.

- Exposure to Leadership assessment tools and Developmental methodologies

- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs.

- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of Leadership programs.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
