Priorities and Responsibilities of the position :
- To design and implement a strategy for Group Talent Management in alignment with the company Group's and HR function's vision
- To manage senior Talent Acquisition at the Group level
- To drive the Performance Management and Compensation strategy across the Group Companies
- To align the Talent Management solutions, such as Talent Review and Succession Planning, with of all Group companies- Business Leader and HR Head led Talent planning and to support them for their internal reviews
- To provide supervision and collaboration on all activities related to Talent processes and practices across the Group
- To develop and implement common action plans for Group companies based on Employee Engagement Surveys
- To supervise all Campus Recruitment (Tier 1) related processes and be responsible for Campus Branding of Company Group.
- To drive the Employer Branding strategy across the Company Group and in the external world
- To manage the Talent database and associated metrics, and be able to provide to the organization the reports at timely intervals
- To develop and manage the cohort of Hi-Fliers with the potential to take on larger roles and lead the company in the future.

Candidate Profile :
- Conceptual strength on Talent Management with awareness of contemporary methodologies
- High level of experience in building robust and effective Talent Management interventions
- Hands on experience of implementation and also have operational understanding
- High degree of collaboration and influencing skills to be able to work in partnership with Group companies as well as external stakeholders
- High level of strategic planning and creative thinking skills
- Demonstrated success in managing Human Resources initiatives in a complex, matrix and global business environment
- High level of capability in connecting with people at all levels
Qualifications : MBA in HR from a premier institute is a must
Candidates from IT/ITES sector not preferred. Candidates with similar experience in large enterprises will be preferred.
