Vice President/Lead - Process Automation - Global Markets Operations/Middle Office Team - Banking

Our client is a global banking leader with an extensive presence in India. They are actively looking for a female lead for their process improvement team within their Global Markets Operations and Middle Office team.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership and technical expertise in solution design and application development for specific business environments.

- Taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints

- Partnering with business leaders on key initiatives to develop opportunities

- The role also involves developing industry standard best practices and conducting research on upcoming trends and technologies in this space.

- Develop and deliver Business enablement and Trainings on best practices and methodologies

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 18+ years of relevant experience in financial services

- Proven experience in automation and Business Project Management in global markets

- Knowledge of Global Markets businesses, products, and business processes, including trade lifecycle

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

- Ability to communicate and work with other team members to explain a business case opportunity

- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to influence peers and senior management
