Title : Lead Innovation  Corporate Title : Vice President  Position objectives and position summary :  - To actively support the Strategic Initiatives Head by solutioning, steering and/or taking ownership of strategic projects related to Technology and Innovation theme.  - Strongly engage with the local start-up and technology ecosystem to bring external perspective/insights and evaluate engagement and collaboration opportunities.   - Deliver on complex project-based strategic growth initiatives for the location through end to end seamless transition of technology roles/processes from SR offices and owning it till "go live" stage.  - To develop relations, globally and locally, towards identifying opportunities and themes that match the aspirations and implement them  Key deliverable's of the role include :  - Manage and contribute towards innovation/technology initiatives  - In collaboration with start-ups and internal stakeholders co-curate innovative product/solution offering  - Contribute towards positioning Company as innovation/tech driven partner and employer  - Be recognized as the key contact point for all transitioning related activities for technology roles.  - Bring functional and industry experience into the transition project management solution   - Plan, execute and drive seamlessly end to end transition of technology processes/ teams and own the same till "go live"  - Provide consulting expertise and program management to business leaders and strategic Initiatives lead on off-shoring topics including transitions governance, risks, risk mitigation and industry practices in the area of transition and transformation projects  - Conceptualize, lead and/or steer locational initiatives spanning across growth, operational excellence, innovation and stakeholder management.  - Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting project delivery  - Contributing to and support the initiatives that address strategy.  - Develop multi level relationships to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned  - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project on agreed terms and costs  Job requirements :  - Overall 8-15 years of work experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.  - Expertise in corporate innovation programs, start-up connect initiatives, Project Management, Banking or other financial services in an MNC environment would be preferred  - Project (end to end) and Program management skills proven on complex or large scale projects with key stakeholders  - Exposure to multi country transition programmes
