Lead HRBP- Wholesale Banking (VP)

- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders while also overseeing talent acquisition efforts within the organization.

- Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.

- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Team handling role.

- Managing end-to-end HRBP activities for Wholesale/ Corporate banking vertical of the bank PAN India.
