VP Land Acquisition and Business Development-IPC - To originate land transactions using relationship's and strong networking. - Introduce these transactions to developers and investors, structuring and close transactions. Experience Required : - 5 years of Real Estate experience in land transactions either in an IPC or development firm - Preference of candidates with at least 2 years of land brokerage experience - Should have closed at least 2 land transactions (Sales/ Joint Development Transactions) with values of at least Rs.50 crore each - Should have established relationships with land owners and developers - Should have a good understanding of land related legislations and norms - Good Business Development Experience
