Regulatory Comlliance & Tax Operations & Tax Operations -14+ years - Female Our client is a leading financial institution seeking for an experienced individual into -Regulatory Comlliance & Tax Operations at VP level Its a UK shift profile Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Strong process understanding of FATACA,CRS and documentation verification for the different global geographies Validation and storage of various tax forms and supporting documentations for the overall tax process under the global markets - Ensuring that all clients doing businesses are in compliance with Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) / Common Reporting Standards (CRS) - Enhance Capacity Models and Forecasting, along with productivity and associate performance scorecards - Improve existing processes like onboarding, Quality assurance and workflows to enhance controls To be eligible for this role you will require: - Should be experienced at handling a team of 30-40 associates for at least 5 years preferably in capital market domain preferably with strong regulatory compliance, FATCA, CRS experience, with proven performance track record - Good knowledge of Regulatory environment and the financial industry, risk frameworks Please contact Saylee Joshi Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
