Vice President - Judgmental Lending - Emerging/Mid Corporate Segment

Role : Vice President - Judgmental Lending

- Responsible for sourcing the clients, appraisal/due diligence, sanction, documentation/ disbursement of the funds. Handling Mid Corporate Segment, with good experience in Credit Relationship Management.

- Activities also include, handling inwards, liaising for LC, Buyers Credit requests, export and import payments

- Single point of contact for clients taking care of their working capital, term loan requests,renewal, enhancement and transaction related requests

- Client Facing Role in Emerging Corporate Group managing existing portfolio as well as sourcing new customers from Mid-Sized Corporate Groups in Market.

- Initiate and attend meetings with Management team of Corporate for exploring business opportunities

- Utilizing various banking software such as FINACLE, FCRM, CMART and credit tools such as CMA during proposal note writing and credit appraisal stages

- Preparation of the Appraisal note, CMA and presentation of the cases to business committees

- Regular portfolio monitoring to ensure end-use of the funds, avoid slippages and regularize accounts on timely basis
