Position Specifications:

Corporate Title : Vice President

Experience : 12+ years

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage delivery of large projects And ensure quality delivery as per the Roadmap

- Ability to lead team to deliver complex assignments - Good Project Management skills

- Design/Architect and develop large, complex Java/J2EE based applications

- Able to participate in hands-on development

- Expected to work with development and support team members across different regions

- Partner with BAs/Users to understand project scope and requirements

- Support resolution of production and user issues, application testing and maintenance releases

- Partner with QA teams for unit and integration testing of the deliverables

- Provide regular updates regarding status or progress made to managers and stakeholders

- Gain in-depth understanding of various applications and systems being developed by the group

- Adhere to SDLC processes

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- Solid understanding of Core Java and J2EE Technologies

- Good experience on Multithreading and Collections

- Good experience in Spring and Hibernate

- Good understanding of Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Java Persistence API would be preferable

- Tibco EMS and JMS - Good knowledge of Architecture and Design principles And their application

- Good understanding of OOPS concepts

- Experience in Performance analysis and tuning of application

- Strong database knowledge of any one database (preferably Sybase)

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills & excellent communication skills (spoken and written English and listening skills)

- Good Project Management and Team Management skills and experience.
