- Engineering Graduate with 12-15 years- industry experience, with knowledge of Payments/ Transaction Banking domains. With at least last 2-3 years of leadership experience - Experience across the full systems lifecycle - design, architecture, development, testing, release, implementation, maintenance, version changes/ upgrades - Wide and in-depth knowledge of various technologies, including PoS terminal infrastructure (preferred), web/ application/ database servers, network infrastructure, workflow/ rules engines, and so on - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Project-management skills with proven track record of delivery - Should be able to work in a dynamic environment, creative and out-of-box thinker - Knowledge of - C and C++ - language programming and concepts. Knowledge of Java, Android would be an advantage. - Good Communication skills with an ability to confidently interact with clients, peers and management - Knowledge of Banking Protocols including ISO8583
