Vice President - IT Operations Transformation - BFS

What you'll do:

- Support execution of different programs across all levers and fully accountable for delivery results

- Support transformation programs for end to end customer journey across all WPB Business services

- Drive consistency with key Global and Regional Leads to oversee progress of Initiatives within portfolio and enable clearing roadblocks

- Active stakeholder engagement & ability to find common ground for conflicting priorities and deliver in line with Senior Stakeholders' expectations

- Be a full and active partner with the IT team based across multiple geographies to ensure seamless IT delivery within the portfolio

- Drive adoption of Agile way of working across all IT change program

What you will need to succeed in the role:

- You need to be experienced GCB-04 to succeed in the role

- 15+ years of experience working on program manager initiatives in complex matrix organizations,

- 8 Year + experience in delivering IT transformation and change program

- Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, Engineering or professional qualification

- Be able to demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense

- Demonstrate effectiveness in technology design principles

- Good facilitation skills and experience in navigating through different stakeholder requirements / design sessions

- Good knowledge of BFSI Processes, IT applications, Program and Project management framework.

What skills will be good to have?

- Demonstrate ability to challenge existing processes where they do not align with the Target Operating model and suggest solutions to bring fungible workforce across operations

- Ensure vigil on the Golden source of information and take appropriate action to ratify that data remains accurate at all times

- Support the end-to-end management and delivery of Programme's/Projects that cut across multiple business services areas and regions

- Standardise solutions across markets and business services (identify opportunity for replications and reuse)

- Business & Operations teams / stakeholders - Facilitate approval to End-to-End design and prioritization of backlog

- Facilitate approval of end-to-end solution design & Own the Backlog for their business service/journey
