Description - Manage, own and lead the IT Applications at a fast paced technology MNC with a presence in over 90 countries.

Client Details :

Our client is a VAS provider for all the major telecom operators. They have a huge presence in 90 countries and creates products for business support solutions.

Description:

- Act as the App SPOC for all locations

- Will be responsible for entire App Lifecycle management-App Development, Integration, Maintenance at Organization level

- Will be responsible for proactively thinking out of the box and coming up with new applications that add value to the organization

- Will be responsible for understanding customer requirement, suggest better alternatives and developing and implementing the solutions in best possible time

- Will ensure that all required reports are published to internal / external stakeholders within the agreed time windows

- Coach, mentor, motivate, appraise and supervise team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Profile -

- B.E/ B Tech/MCA/MTech with 12-20 years of relevant work experience.

- Expert in Sharepoint and .Net Technologies.

- Work experience with Python & Django.

- Must have previously managed managers.

- Previous work experience with ERP like SAP and Oracle is a n advantage.

- Analytical Skills, Judgment and Decision Making, Tactical Orientation.

- Exposure in Project Management(Certification Preferable), Process documentations and implementation.

- Exposure to tools like Visio/MPP/PPT etc and be able to use advanced features like flowcharting/diagramming/workflows to be included in proposals and responses.

- Expertise in MS Office tools (MPP, Visio, Power Point and Excel)
