- 14 -20 years of work experience supporting Treasury/Markets IT applications in a global bank.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in Team Management. recruiting, organizing, motivating, guiding and driving team members
- Providing excellent services to the business users and their customers, working in partnership with L2 support managers at the global head quarters
- DevOps enhancement, targeting to minimize IT operations
The management of the service delivery, performance, incident and problem management, monitoring of service rendered, proactively engaging the relevant operate or build IT teams.
- Ensuring stability and performance of the applications
- Incidents and problems management
- Strong IT expertise and root cause finding skills
- Maintenance, patching, upgrade of the various applications components
- Support for release, post implementation, which can extend into test
- Support of the Development and Test environments.
- Experience in Vendor products like Murex would be a added advantage.
