Vice President - Investor Services - Investment Bank

- A global Investment Bank is hiring VP- Investor Services.

- The Vice President is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a number of IS teams. Each IS team will typically consist of Senior Managers, Managers, IS Team Leader along with one or more IS Representatives and/or Senior IS Representatives who are providing services to specified clients.Some of the responsibilities include :

- Managing the delivery of services to clients against a pre-agreed service level agreement.

- Providing oversight and guidance to their team.

- Ensuring that their team delivers services in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.

- Providing a point of escalation to Managers (and other team members as appropriate).

- Vice President should also be in sync with Compliance, Service Delivery, Project Management and client skills.

- The candidate should also be well versed with Key Systems Knowledge which are used for core processing and reporting functions.
